What is shear wall technology...

Concerete shear walls = are cast in place vertical structural elements with a dual role of resisting both  gravity     
                                      and lateral loads. The system produces solid concrete construction  that is quick to
                                     install and struturally superior to conventional buildings.

Shear wall Panels =    are per manufactured 6mm hardiflex fiber cement board that are sandwiched together
                                  using 100mm  light gauge steel, and then erected and poured at site using 3,000 psi  
                                  concrete to form a monolithic structure.
